PR means 'public relations' to BNP

BNP Standing Committee Member Salahuddin Ahmed on Tuesday said that to his party, PR means Public Relations or connecting with people, which "everyone is now engaged in ahead of the February general elections."

“That is the PR we believe in. Those who want to impose proportional representation to create permanent restlessness will not succeed,” he said.

The BNP leader made the remarks while addressing reporters at party founder Ziaur Rahman’s grave, marking the 46th founding anniversary of the organisation.
