Serious concerns have emerged over the health condition of former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan, who is currently in prison. A medical report submitted to the Supreme Court revealed that he has reportedly lost around 85 percent of his eyesight, with only 15 percent remaining. Doctors have described his condition as critical, raising alarms across the country.

According to local media reports, the government decided on Saturday night to transfer Imran Khan from Adiala Jail to a hospital following protests and political pressure. A special medical board will be formed to conduct detailed examinations and ensure proper treatment. Authorities have also allowed him limited contact with his family, citing humanitarian considerations.

Leaders of his party, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, have welcomed the move but criticized the delay in providing medical care. They continue to demand transparent and independent treatment for their leader. Political analysts believe that Khan’s health crisis may intensify political tensions and put further pressure on the government in the coming days.
