4 Appellate Division judges take oath

Four judges who were appointed to the Appellate Division have taken the oath.

Chief Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed administered the oath around 10:30am on Tuesday (August 13).

The judges are Zubayer Rahman Chowdhury, Syed Md Ziaul Karim, Md Rezaul Haque and SM Emdadul Hoque.

According to a circular issued on Monday (August 12), these four judges were appointed to the Appellate Division.

President Shahabuddin appointed Justice Syed Refaat Ahmed as Bangladesh’s 25th Chief Justice on August 10.
