15 injured in Madaripur road accident

Fifteen people including two drivers were injured in a head-on collision between two buses in Rajoir upazila of the district today.

The accident occurred around 12:30 pm in the Baro Bridge area on Dhaka- Barisal Highway. Being informed, firefighters rushed to the spot and took the injured to Rajoir Upazila Health Complex.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Rajoir Thana Md Asaduzzaman said police are working along with the highway police to tackle the traffic congestion on the highway.
