July Martyrs Declared National Heroes

All martyrs of the July Mass Uprising have been declared national heroes. Additionally, the families of the martyrs, along with injured activists and student protesters, will be provided with all necessary legal protections.

The Chief Adviser made this historic announcement at an event held on Tuesday afternoon, August 5, at Manik Mia Avenue in the capital.

In section 24 of the proclamation, he stated, "The people of Bangladesh declare all martyrs of the July Mass Uprising as national heroes and express the intention to provide all necessary legal protections to the families of the martyrs, injured activists, and student protesters."
